We always hope you are satisfied with the bohemian-style apparel and accessories you purchase from TOP MINDS Accounting & Secretarial Limited. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, our team is here to assist you. Please review the policy details below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility Criteria
Items eligible for return must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery
- Remains completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and shows no signs of use (including deodorant/perfume scent, makeup marks, stains, pet hair, or smoke odor)
- Retains complete original packaging (including tags attached, accessories, dust bags, and any included promotional inserts, if applicable)
- Valid proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)
To ensure product quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that show visible wear, damage, stains, odor, or missing tags/packaging.
Non-Returnable Item Categories
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Worn or washed items
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
- Gift cards and electronic vouchers
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or tried on without adequate protection, including but not limited to: intimates/underwear, swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed), earrings or pierced jewelry, and similar personal items
Handling of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, has quality defects, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and its packaging (outer mailer/box, protective materials, shipping label)
We will review and, if approved, arrange for a replacement, a full item replacement, or a full refund as appropriate.

Please be sure to provide your order number and reason for return so we can process your request efficiently. Return shipments without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for returns due to our errors, such as defective or incorrect items)
- It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method
- TOP MINDS Accounting & Secretarial Limited is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved:
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment service provider)
- Except for returns due to our responsibility, shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchange Instructions
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please first process a qualified return and refund, then place a new order.

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

- Consult your bank (refund delays are common)

Due to our rapid order processing, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it
- If the order has already shipped, it must be processed through the standard return procedure
